Multiobjective bilevel optimization

چکیده
In this work nonlinear non-convex multiobjective bilevel optimization problems are discussed using an optimistic approach. It is shown that the set of feasible points of the upper level function, the so-called induced set, can be expressed as the set of minimal solutions of a multiobjective optimization problem. This artificial problem is solved by using a scalarization approach by Pascoletti and Serafini combined with an adaptive parameter control based on sensitivity results for this problem. The bilevel optimization problem is then solved by an iterative process using again sensitivity theorems for exploring the induced set and the whole efficient set is approximated. For the case of bicriteria optimization problems on both levels and for a one dimensional upper level variable, an algorithm is presented for the first time and applied to two problems: a theoretical example and a problem arising in applications. multicriteria optimization vector optimization sensitivity bilevel optimization two-level optimization 90C29 90C31 90C59 The original publication is available at www.springerlink.com: http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2Fs10107-008-0259-0. Connections Between Single-Level and Bilevel Multiobjective Optimization
The relationship between bilevel optimization and multiobjective optimization has been studied by several authors and there have been repeated attempts to establish a link between the two. We unify the results from the literature and generalize them for bilevel multiobjective optimization. We formulate sufficient conditions for an arbitrary binary relation to guarantee equality between the effi...
متن کاملNecessary Optimality Conditions for Multiobjective Bilevel Programs
The multiobjective bilevel program is a sequence of two optimization problems, with the upper-level problem being multiobjective and the constraint region of the upper level problem being determined implicitly by the solution set to the lower-level problem. In the case where the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) condition is necessary and sufficient for global optimality of all lower-level problems near...
متن کاملBilevel Optimization Problems with Vectorvalued Objective Functions in Both Levels
Bilevel optimization problems with multivalued objective functions in both levels are first replaced by a problem with a parametric lower level using a convex combination of the lower level objectives. Thus a nonconvex multiobjective bilevel optimization problem arises which is then transformed into a parametric bilevel programming problem. The investigated problem has been considered in the pa...

The paper is concerned with the optimistic formulation of a bilevel optimization problem with multiobjective lower-level problem. Considering the scalarization approach for the multiobjective program, we transform our problem into a scalar-objective optimization problem with inequality constraints by means of the well-known optimal value reformulation. Completely detailed first-order necessary ...
متن کاملA Nonlinear Multiobjective Bilevel Model for Minimum Cost Network Flow Problem in a Large-Scale Construction Project
The aim of this study is to deal with a minimum cost network flow problem MCNFP in a largescale construction project using a nonlinear multiobjective bilevel model with birandom variables. The main target of the upper level is to minimize both direct and transportation time costs. The target of the lower level is to minimize transportation costs. After an analysis of the birandom variables, an ...
